Submit Membership Application
1. Membership forms are available on our chapter bulletin board located just outside the
resource library on the second floor of the 1010 Extension building.
2. Place a completed form along with payment by check or credit card in one of the
envelopes provided and deliver to Nicholas Sitter, Program Coordinator of the Arc ID
Program, Room 211 of the 1010 Extension building.
Once the application has been processed you will receive your membership package in the mail and will be added to our Chapter email and evite lists.

2. Request a login to set up an account, then sign up
3. Apply for ASID Membership
(be sure select "UCLA Extension" under "Name of School").
4. Email us at membership@asiduclaextension.com that you've joined, so you can be
added to our Chapter email and evite lists.
Or, you may also complete the current Student Membership Application Form, save the document and then send it back to customer service at: membership@asid.org
Once you're a member, you'll receive mailings from ASID National, monthly newsletters from ASID/LA, the Los Angeles professional chapter, as well as bi-weekly email announcements and evites to events from our Student Chapter. You're welcome to attend as many of our monthly events as you like, and we hope you'll try to come to all of them!
The annual membership fee is $45. Membership runs for 1 year from date of sign up.
In addition to the national membership fee, our Student Chapter charges a $10 activities fee for most regular events - for both members and guests. We require pre-payment for all activities rather than collecting money at the beginning of the event. Payment is accepted by check or PayPal (enter payments@asiduclaextension.com as the Recipient and the event title in the Subject Line).

Need To Renew?
If you received a new card and notice from ASID to renew, you can renew online. Membership is not activated until it is renewed. Have your ASID member number and credit card handy, then click here for your online renewal. Be sure to update your membership information including the date of your graduation.
Already an ASID Member?
If you joined ASID in past and now want to affliate with our chapter. Just email us at
membership@asiduclaextension.com and let us know your ASID Student Member # and email address.
Then we'll add your email to our local lists so you automatically get our bi-weekly e-newsletter and monthly evite. No cost to join our chapter, just pay for the events you attend - typically $10 each.
Transfer Students
New to UCLA Extension, but not to ASID? You can switch your chapter affiliation by calling 202-546-3480 or emailing ASID (membership@asid.org) to make the change.
UCLA Extension's school code is #009.

ASID UCLA Ext. Board Members Wanted! A position on the board is a significant time and energy commitment, but it comes with significant benefits as well! Board members are the face of our award-winning and respected student chapter.

You will develop resume-worthy skills as you help to organize and carry our 10-12 events a year, create a bi-weekly newsletter, and maintain our website and social networking accounts.
